When setting up a company the most crucial thing is to find the right team to work with you.

This is where the Speed Interview Day comes in. It is hosted by Project Dream Team, an initiative of KamaKazi and Nairobi Garage, which seeks to connect growing companies with ace talent to maximize growth potential.
The Speed Interview Day this time will be customer service oriented. Good customer service will ensure your clients are always happy. This not only guarantees they come back but also refer clients and subsequently growth for the business.
For this event 15 candidates specialized in customer service from the Spire’s Training program will be in attendance.
These candidates will be available to employers for 7 minute interviews. If interested in a particular candidate, 2nd round interviews will be scheduled.
Speed Interview Day will be held at the Nairobi Garage space on Tuesday February 17th from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
