Supporting the Partners of Tafuta Associates in the identification of candidates for senior executive roles in Kenya and the wider East African region
Researching target companies to identify relevant executives
Presenting lists of potential candidates in a timely fashion
Documenting project progress in a methodical and professional manner
Working to deadlines
Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Working autonomously (without micro-management)
A graduate, ideally with a business-related degree.
The preferred candidate will ideally have experience in either research or business analysis in a professional services environment. Previous experience in an executive search or recruitment firm is highly desirable.
Relevant experience in a Human Resources function will also be considered.
A sound understanding of business terms.
A very high standard of verbal and written English.
Salary: Success will be rewarded via a transparent bonus system on top of a competitive basic salary – upon successful completion of the internship. Development in the role will also lead to greater involvement in client interactions and the assignment process through promotion.
