You will build a world class marketing operation that delivers our message and brand throughout East Africa across digital and offline mediums. You will work closely with ad agency partners to define and direct marketing initiatives across multiple online and offline channels for brand awareness and user growth. You will determine success metrics, monitor campaign spending, and proactively make recommendations about how to optimize campaigns and investment across channels.

You will be responsible for inspiring our team, managing our hiring process and making Branch the best place to work in Nairobi. Your primary duties will mainly include:
-Find, recruit and setup onboarding for the best talent in Kenya
-Maintain and continually improve recruiting processes
-Ensure legal compliance with all Kenyan employment law
-Create, implement and improve office policies e.g. vacation policies and security policies
-Oversee development of pay plans, benefit plans and professional development programs
-Improve design of office interior and lead procurement process for office supplies

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
-You will be responsible for providing an inspiring and delightful experience for our customers. Your primary duties will mainly include:
-Delivering efficient and friendly responses to customer inquiries and build our brand via our text-based chat platform
-Escalating customer feedback and IT bugs to help improve our product
This position is based out of our Nairobi office, which is by the Junction Stage on Ngong road. It will start with a 3 month contract with the possibility of a long term extension based on performance. We run a world class customer service operation with around the clock coverage.
