Earlier in the year, Sisule Associates & Advocates, keen on offering world-class services, changed their management processes and adapted the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process. 

The organizations’ focus is on offering effective solutions that are personalized to all their clients & keeping them updated on the progress of their cases. Since they want all their clients to walk out with actual solutions to their problems, they are driven by transparency and professionalism to be able to achieve this. 

Sisule Associates & Advocates are also looking to partner with people in different industries so as to make their processes seamless. “At the moment, it is important that Africa and especially Kenya meets the rest of the developed countries in streamlining solutions and the legal industry has a role to play,” says Wangechi Wahome.

The organization joined Nairobi Garage recently, and are based at our Karen location. On the concept of shared office space Wangechi shares, “We like the space, the interactions with the people and the organizations. I am looking forward to more events where we can network with people from different industries. The Managing Partner – Sisule Musungu who has over 20 years of experience – heads the Intellectual Property (IP) department. He has worked internationally in Geneva as well as locally. He is an expert in constitutional law, litigation and intellectual property.
