Impact Water a safe water technology company, that recently joined our wonderful Westlands campus,is currently is search for enthusiastic sales professionals who can join their team in Nairobi.

They offer modern water purification systems, preventive maintenance, and multi-year loans so that providing Kenyan students with safe drinking water is easier than ever. Their goal is to see every student in Kenya with safe drinking water to achieve better health and better education. They are one of the first drinking water solutions company to finance purification systems and allow schools to time their loan payments with the receipt of school’s fees. They are also the first to provide a preventive maintenance program included in every installation.

The Sales Associate will play a leading role in growing Impact Water’s business, and be responsible for driving top line revenue. The Sales Associate is the primary brand ambassador, and will provide an exemplary customer experience through product knowledge, suggestive selling and customer engagement. She/he will be part of a small team working in an innovative and fast paced environment, with significant professional growth potential and competitive compensation structures. Specifically, she/he will conduct the business unit’s sales activities in the current target geographic areas, Nairobi country, with expansion to other areas as the business grows. Sales activities include: the satisfactory completion of monthly sales quotas, timely completion of all sales contracts, and receipt of initial down payments for all new water systems.  The Sales Associate will also work closely with the business unit’s Account Managers to ensure a smooth customer transition from booking the order (Sales) to installation, maintenance, and customer satisfaction (Account Management).

The Sales Associate will receive base salaries with aggressive commission structures allowing for excellent earning potential for high-performers.  Sales Associate’s will also receive mobile devices that will be used to record customer information, coordinates of all schools and health facilities visited and to manage sales activities. Aggressive growth will be expected in the next 3-6 months, and Sales Associates are expected to be the primary driver.This position will report directly to the Country Director in Kenya.
