Job Description
Bamba Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to handle all aspects relating to its market expansion strategy as well as identification of new business ideas and customers.
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop rapport with new clients and also develop goals and targets for the sales and marketing teams towards this end.
Ideal candidate;
The position is demanding and requires;
-Ability to acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and competitors.
-Good networking skills
-Existing networks in the Banking, ICT and/or the social sector.
-Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in business development.
Other desirable qualities;
This job is largely sales related and requires skills in; Networking, persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, research, writing, closing skills, motivation among other related skills.
Salaries will be both base (Ksh 100,000+) and commission based leading to an average monthly take home of Ksh 300,000+
