Our member Tenakata is looking for a qualified Operations Lead to join their team. You will primarily be involved in the day to day management of the business development officers while working with the COO and the CEO to ensure a smooth and efficient operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
Day to day supervision of the Business Development
Day to day supervision of the Company Call
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Planning and monitoring of the work schedule for the
Financial Analysis of the registered businesses with an aim of understanding the performance
Tracking and following up on Closed and Inactive Businesses on the Platform
Tracking and following up with the Technology Team on Technology Issues and Road Map
Actively participate in the development and implementation of effective growth and customer retention
Oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials in an organization including purchases and
Assist other departments in addressing their operational
Assess the operational and financial risks for any proposed activities and help the company to select the most commercially viable
Take part in making important policy, planning, and strategy
Develop, implement and review operational programs to support the strategic goals of the organization.
Tracking and reviewing company/departmental budgets and managing
Assist in planning various internal and external
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are acquired/renewed and filed appropriately e.g. licenses, working conditions, health and safety etc.
Ensuring full implementation of policy recommendations and compliance to company policies, procedures and other standards adopted by the
Manage travel plans and conduct ticket requests and visa
Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
Work with line managers to identify and solve any operational challenges affecting performance levels.
Conduct training to staff to ensure smooth
Create and share monthly departmental and BDOs Performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Entrepreneurship or Business Administration or Commerce or Operations Management or any other related field
Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Experience in the IT Industry is an added advantage
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash- flow management
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication and presentation experience
Excellent report and proposal writing skills specifically on the English language
Good time and task management skills
Strong planning, monitoring and organizational skills
Strong business attitude with the ability to think strategically
