Nairobi Garage is teaming up with Sinapis to run a mini-MBA program for entrepreneurs, using the secular version of Sinapis’ curriculum and Harvard School of Business course material to provide entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills & networks they need to take their business to the next level of growth.
The program is targeted at founders & CEOs running idea, early or growth stage businesses who ideally have several years of prior work experience in business and a university-level or above education. Other criteria for admission into the program include age, experience and qualifications.
According to Amanda Gicharu, Founder of Amanada’s Kitchen and Sinapis Graduate:
“Where else can you get a 16 week mini-MBA that cuts out all the academic fluff that you wouldn’t need and gives you practical business knowledge that you can apply in YOUR business today?…and it is for a tiny fraction of the cost of an actual MBA.”
The program will not only include excellent course content, including from Harvard Business School, Acton School of Business & Sinapis, but will also include access to relevant and quality networks. Classes will be led by practioners with years of experience in specific fields and will culminate in a pitch and award day at the completion of course. Successful graduates will receive a certificate from Acton School of Business, based in the US, and Sinapis.
The course will take place at Nairobi Garage on Saturday over 20 weeks, starting on October 10th and conclude in March, with a break during the Christmas season. The entire course costs 42 000 Ksh, including mentor dinner, NG special courses and pitch day.
Fill out this form if you’d like to be considered and we’ll get back to you shortly. Please note that applications are due Thursday, October 1st.
