We are looking for a qualified Accounts Assistant to join our team! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you!
Our ideal candidate should be willing to support the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company.

Assistant Accountant Job Duties:
- Data entry in Xero Accounting software
- Assisting in raising invoices and receipting customer payments
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Assisting the finance department with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
- Assisting with debtors and creditors.
- Reconciliation of specific accounts as delegated
- Assisting in coordinating internal and external audits
- Assisting in physical filing of accounts and admin documents
- Any other duties as may be delegated from time to time
The ideal Accounts Assistant should have:
- CPA 2.
- Experience with Xero a big plus
- Associate degree in Business Administration or Related Field or Equivalent Work Experience
- Experience with Data Entry
- Competent IT Skills , including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented,
- Organised with good time-keeping.
- Strong Bookkeeping Skills
- Understanding of Budgetary Principles
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
