About the Responsibilities
Designing, writing and producing online marketing assets (landing pages, email campaigns, social media assets, sales collateral, published content, and more) for Kwara’s customers end-to-end.
Designing successful offline content for ads on billboards and print news articles
Tell stories and craft a visually smart-looking startup, ranging from neat investor pitch decks to wall-sized ecosystem maps that help people understand the product and its value for them
Design creative ways to communicate to new and old team members culture topics such as values, OKRs, mission and vision
Creating and testing visuals for recruitment, investment and media purposes
Collaboration and aligning with various team members to create material
Constantly learn from our users to determine how they want to use Kwara, how to teach them to do more with the product, and how to engage new users.
Measure how marketing materials are performing, and figure out how to make changes to increase engagement and conversions.
Our team is looking for highly motivated candidates with the following qualifications:
Independent creative with a strong sense for a common mission with at least 3-5 years of visual design experience, ideally producing marketing assets.
You’re a masterful communicator, able to draw people in and enhance understanding through design and written language.
You’re quick to get a feel for the colors, patterns and strategies employed by the current team and merge your own relevant portfolio experience to make it better.
You can produce graphics, videos, and GIFs with a high level of craft and attention to detail.
You’re a strong writer with a bit of edge and play in your voice.
Bonus: Love to combine art and technology. Coding abilities so you can build what you design. An understanding of how things work behind the scenes goes a long way.
