Job Opportunity // Sales Executive with Jenga Agency
Our member Jenga Agency is looking for a driven and committed Sales Executive to help the company grow business.
This is a customer-facing role which will involve identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating service contracts and ensuring a high level of customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle and project execution.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for helping us meet and exceed our sales expectations and contribute to our company’s growth. Prior experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets is therefore a pre-requisite for application.
If you have excellent communication skills; are comfortable reaching out to potential customers to sell our services; are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Understand Jenga’s scope of services and offering
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers (within Kenya and internationally) and the scope of services typically required
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and social media
- Prepare for and set up meetings with potential clients, to present our company and its offering and listen to customers concerns/needs

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative or relevant role, ideally in the IT/Tech industry
- Native proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with multiple marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
