Job Opportunity for Section Manager at LC Waikiki

LC Waikiki is looking to hire a Section Manager for its Two Rivers Mall Store, in Nairobi Kenya.

The position’s key responsibility will include managing and organizing related sections in the store, coordinating and leading highly motivated store team, efficient work force scheduling and achieving the given sales targets.

On qualifications, the applicant should have a minimum high school degree and a minimum of two years of retail experience in a similar position.

Other specific competencies will include:

• Good command of sales and negotiation skills
• Customer oriented
• Team Player
• Result oriented and have a positive attitude
• Ability to plan and organize
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
