Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and CPA part II,
- Proven work experience of a minimum of three years as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software is an added advantage
Job Description:
- Ensuring procurement of stock items is done smoothly, conduct stock takes and advice on desirable stock items to be ordered.
- Checking internal requisitions for stock items.
- Raising Purchase orders
- Maintaining Accounts payable ledger
- Ensuring all necessary licenses or permits are renewed promptly
- Prepare and organize all documents for payments
- Raising of cheques, handle bank and cash online payments
- Correspondence with bank and lawyers
- Reconciliations of GL accounts as delegated
- Filing of admin documents, contracts, supplier invoices
- Assist some HR functions
- Any other duties as may be delegated from time to time
