Dalberg and IDH are looking to hire a Fundraising Associate for the IDH-Dalberg strategic partnership.
The role will support both Dalberg and IDH’s leadership in developing and pursuing a rigorous fundraising strategy to allow for crowding in of donor, public and private resources to deliver the strategic priorities and programs that will be prioritised under the partnership.
Specifically, the role will work very closely with the IDH and Dalberg’s senior leadership who form the partnership’s steering committee and IDH’s Fundraising team to achieve an ambitious fundraising strategy.
It is expected that the role will bolster the IDH and Dalberg’s outreach capabilities while exploring new opportunities for strategic funders to support Africa wide or country-specific programs that IDH and Dalberg aim to implement as part of the strategic partnerships to achieve the sustainable and impactful transformation of the agriculture sector.
Further, this role will require rapid identification of potential donors, funders and partners and will develop pitches and investment-ready cases that align with the interests of the funders.
This role reports to the IDH-Dalberg Partnership Steering Committee.
