Summary of Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused on impact, financial sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Constantly deepen your knowledge of business products, value propositions and innovations.
Conduct research to identify new markets, solutions, and customer needs.
Promote the company’s products/services by addressing and predicting clients’ objectives.
Develop proposals that address customer-needs based on innovative designs and Elewa’s existing toolbox of innovations.
Develop budgets and quotations for Elewa’s projects and services.
Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to laws, established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of opportunities, sales, revenues, invoices and collections.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Expand and leverage Elewa’s network of partners and community.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields.
Proven sales track record.
Proficient in IT (MS Office, CRM); knowledge of training tools is a strong plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a strong plus.
In-depth industry knowledge of IT and/or education sectors.
In-depth industry knowledge of the professional training sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to multitask and manage complex projects.
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and to handle uncertainty.
100% driven by business ethics.
Desire to make an impact.
