Café Direct have been the pioneers in History by being the first Fairtrade certified Coffee to the UK.  Situated in Michimikuru, Kiegoi and OEP are three smallholder tea grower organisations representing Kenya within this Global organisation.  Expert growers from these areas handpick tea leaves carefully, making sure to only choose two leaves and a bud – this ensures the freshest and best tasting tea possible.

Aspire Fitness is a way to create an interactive fitness plan filled with personalized workouts and nutritional guidance that will easily fit into your lifestyle and schedule?
