Open positions at Vilcap are:
Director of Global Partnerships-This is a senior leadership role and will involve managing the team responsible for identifying, developing rapport and supporting Vilcap partners. The position requires an individual with a passion for entrepreneurs and the long-term customer development and relationship process.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
-5 years’ experience in direct sales
-Client relationship management skills
Manager of Communications-The successful candidate will build, amplify and spread the Village Capital message. The position is senior and will require someone with public engagement and communication skills.
To qualify a candidate will need:
-To be an advertiser or marketer with 3-5 years’ experience
-To be conversant with how to deal with media
-Web and design skills are strongly preferred (e.g InDesign etc)
Associate for Strategic Partnerships- As an associate for strategic partnerships, you will be supporting the Director of global Partnerships in identifying potential partners and seeing through the entire support process of these partners. This position requires someone early in their careers, passionate about entrepreneurship and looking to build experience in business development, sales and CRM systems management.
Some of the requirements for this position are:
-2 or more years’ experience in sales or business development
-Client relationship management experience
