The term “Intrapreneurs” is an innovative concept, quite unique but very graphic and explicit created to designate the effective staff who can both create new ideas and make them happen within a team and a dynamic working environment. Investing in their development is thus crucial, as they will be considered as the next line of leaders who will continue to make work grow and things flow.
Aware of this great potential, the Amani Institute has just created a new special scholarship for intrapreneurs in Kenyan social enterprises and NGOs. This unique scholarship, that has been featured already in Fast Company, CNBC Africa, Vanity Fair and several other media outlets, allows you to choose a member of your team to participate in their Post-Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation Management with a special discount of 75%.
Chosen fellows will work full-time during the first 6 out of the total 10 months of the program. For the remaining 4 last months – also called “immersion phase”-, their time will be split between full work time and interactive workshop that will help them build effective and long term skills in leadership, management, communication, and creativity, with special focus and attention devoted to the specific needs of their working environment. The best experts are being recruited to teach at these workshops, including a Nobel Peace laureate, experts in leadership development from McKinsey & Company, an award-winning documentary producer and diverse leading foundation directors.
