As a sales associate with Nairobi Garage, you will be required to screen and achieve quality sales leads in ensuring targets and objectives are met under the Nairobi Garage Sales general guidance.

What we are looking for
As an ideal candidate for sales associate with Nairobi Garage candidate, you should be enthusiastic about the Nairobi Garage brand and vision. You also need to be a self-motivated go-getter with IT fluency and proficiency with excel to get the job done!
The sales Associate with Nairobi Garage candidate also needs to have a goal-driven, energetic, professional personality! Good customer service and communication skills are also of utmost importance.
Qualifications:
- College/University graduate with a 2-3 year experience
- Degree preferred
- Experience in Customer service or relationship building is highly desirable
- Sales experience is a plus
Key Requirements for the role:
- IT fluency and proficiency with CRM and excel
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization to meet deadlines
- Intentional listening
- Persistent but respectful
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, CRMs, Google Workspace
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Sales phone lines
- Screening Sales leads and tour booking
- Screen new leads on the CRM as qualified or disqualified and Update the CRM with the lead information
- Provide accurate information via phone/email on our packages and space availability
- Ensuring a successful rate of conversions from Lead to Opportunity (ie through tours or email/phone)
- Managing daily tours calendar and managing requested callbacks
- Oversee and manage the daily time-sensitive sales process and track walk-ins Ensure Envoy sign-outs are completed at the end of each day for all walk-ins and booked tours.
- Ensure that assigned lead owners have sent quotations to all leads who have come in and convert all tours completed to their respective opportunity pipeline and stage
- Liaise with the Marketing department on a weekly basis on the leads and opportunities that are disqualified, abandoned, or lost
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for each space (conversion trends, speed to close, loss reasons to improve sales and marketing processes)
- Keeping updated competitor analysis document
- Onboard all team members on the CRM
- Quarterly Mystery shopper across platforms
