Fuzu is looking for a Director of B2C who will be critical in supporting the company, and drive its B2C proposition to growth.
As our first Director of B2C your role will have full ownership of the B2C P&L and all online active user growth.
This role will have 5 direct reports, an organization of ~12-15 in 2021 and be an active participant in shaping the overall Fuzu strategy as part of the management team.

Responsibilities
Leading the B2C Monetization team to help reach $0.10 of MRR per active user
Leading the B2C Growth team to achieve 15% month-on-month active user growth
Owning the B2C Content Engine (Job & Creative) to ensure optimal engagement
Owning the prioritization of all B2C driven product initiatives and investments (i.e. acting B2C Product Manager)
Ensuring that Fuzu lives up to our B2C Brand Promises
Qualifications:
Experience in product management (user research, concept validation, business model development, feature definition)
Background in launching new products (go-to-market strategy) and marketing (digital, ATL/BTL, and market activations a plus)
Experience in interactive data-driven optimization and growth hacking (agile processes, BI, and data analytics)
Experience in managing teams and projects end-to-end (planning, execution, M&E)
Systems thinker with the ability to see interconnections and 2nd/3rd order implications between B2C business and Fuzu platform
