October 15, 2018Our member Jambo Bet is seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join their team as Customer Service Agents.
Successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, applying company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must display the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of initiative & resourcefulness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to work under pressure & with minimum supervision.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have strong work ethics and willingness to learn in all aspects of the position.
- Should possess good personal integrity, with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Should be a team player and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Swahili and English.
- Diploma in Communication or any other related field.
- Experience in a Customer Service role is a bonus.
- Proven experience in Gaming Industry will be an added advantage.
