Our member ALX, is looking for a Marketing Team Editor to provide valuable, educational content that drives bottom-line impact to the company’s clients.
You will also be tasked with creating high-quality original articles around topics within the area of Leadership Development and Digital transformation. These articles are shared with our target audience (senior-level professionals/ CEOs/ HR Directors) through Xcelerator’s monthly email newsletters, website blog and social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter).

What you will do
- Own and create content for Xcelerator from end to end. This includes partnering with thought leaders to tell insightful, engaging stories that will help readers learn new things and establish our brand.
- Collaborate with the team to come up with other fresh, creative newsworthy content ideas such as success stories, event insights.
- Conduct in-depth research to create white papers on industry-specific topics
- Provide editorial support as needed to other content writers
- Work with Content and Marketing Leads to analyze content marketing results and strategize how to increase reach and reader engagement
- Promote content on social media
- Promote the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms
What you will need
- 5+ years of relevant experience in journalism, communication- you first and foremost call yourself a writer
- A portfolio of published articles
- An eye for a great story. Ability to dig deeper to draw out insights.
- Knowledge of SEO
- Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills; Exceptional written and verbal communication; Critical thinking
- Mindsets: Enthusiasm for writing, collaborative team member, open to feedback, self-motivated
- Location is open to all
