After Office Hours // with Sapna Chandaria and Rand Pearson

As we begin 2018, we want to bring awareness and emphasis to the ever important connection between mind, body and spirit and the interconnection it has in developing into a true thought leader. What is a thought Leader do you ask? Simply put, A thought leader is someone who looks at the future and sets a course that others will follow. Thought leaders look at existing best practices then come up with better practices. The world needs thought leaders more than ever!

Our next AOH session on the 25th of January will be hosted by Sapna Chandaria and Rand Pearson, two exceptional thought leaders. Owners and operators of Mondeas Media, Ltd., the parent company of UP Nairobi, Kenya Concierge and NSPIRA; Their efforts have resulted in greater business and personal development, that in turn have created a foundation for long-term success for businesses. 

They are a power couple who have decade-long entrepreneurial experience in the Nairobi market and have led some of the brightest minds in Kenya and other young executives and start-ups through a process that helps to unleash inner-fascination and creative thinking for problem solving —be it life or business.

Who are they?

Rand Pearson

Over the course of a 26-year career in media – as an employee, consultant and employer – Rand has developed an in-depth knowledge of multi-media production at every level, including the creative development, production and launch of publication titles; corporate media brands; digital properties; and film and television productions. Having launched and operated his own companies, he excels at business strategy, personnel management and sales. This has included developing and managing budgets worth millions of dollars annually.

Though the core of his experience in entrepreneurial media ventures, much of my experience is also based on creating web, TV, and print-based communications for non-profits, corporate CSR campaigns and conservation and humanitarian-orientated organisations looking to increase constituent and stakeholder involvement through custom built communication channels and creative content marketing. “My vision is centered around creating fascination in others and using this fascination as an agent of positive change. The method for delivering this fascination, for me, is story.”

Sapna Chandaria

In addition to her media career as Commercial Director at Mondeas Media, Sapna Chandaria has been working with energy healing modalities for over 20 years. Her specialization is in discovery of soul purpose, soul alignment and ultimately co-creating with her clients, the foundation on which you create a new, positive life narrative. Using ancient Eastern knowledge and modern Western science, she combines modalities that result in changing deep-seeded belief systems in your DNA to unlock the blocks that keep you from your authenticity which in turn reveals your true nature.
