Kiprono Kittony, Chairman of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) balances two passions: championing the interests of the business community , and the desire to apply insights in the real world and to improve the workings of markets and organisations in Kenya to unlock national and international trade potential.
With more discussion this year about the need to tie the skills matrix on directors to corporate strategy, this transformational boardroom issue has the potential to navigate our Kenyan future.
Despite the challenges of applying good governance structures, during this exclusive After Office Hours, Mr Kittony will address the Investment logic for Corporate Governance and the evolution of the modern board in embracing directorships as a lifetime appointment to making the board evergreen and the company robust.
Join us then on 20th September as we also seek to understand the rational for businesses to invest in corporate governance and the process of expanding to new markets. Make sure you RSVP your seat here
