Boya, is looking for a Business Development executive to join the team. As a sales executive you will report to the Business Development Manager and you will be tasked with generating revenue by selling Boya Business Spending Platform (BSP) to new prospects.
You will also be required to provide specific product focus from a sales perspective through the acquisition of new clients by positioning the value Boya Business Spending Platform products and services can bring to them.

Boya is an all-in-one spend platform for businesses in Africa. The platform empowers businesses to pay for their expenses and organize details of their spending all in one place for better and smarter spending decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/marketʼs potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Directly reports to the Business Development Manager

Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required
Bachelorʼs Degree, Business Related Field – Required
Professional Qualifications, CPA (K), Marketing, IT – Added Advantage
Masters Degree, Business Administration – Added Advantage
Minimum of five-year relevant work experience.
