Workshop // Leadership 101: How to develop your leadership style for maximum impact

Having the right kind of leadership is critical for an organization or individual to reach their growth potential.
Based on Daniel Goleman’s 6 Leadership Styles, African Management Initiative (AMI) will facilitate a session – in its signature experiential learning style- that will equip you with practical tools, techniques and insights to be able to lead your organization effectively.
As a follow-up to an earlier event held on Lean Thinking, Join Joan Kamau, Facilitator, the African Management Initiative for a workshop on Wednesday, 4th September at our Kilimani Office Space with as she helps us best explore on the different leadership styles and how these styles can have a maximum impact in your business.
Joan will also help the attendees best develop their authentic leadership by focusing on areas such as being self-aware, understanding your personal values and also how one can develop a great personal team.
