In today’s customer-oriented business environment, finding the right “people skills” can be a challenge, yet this is quite critical for any business to drive personal and organizational success.

Additionally, finding the right people’s skills also drives customer service excellence, which in turn gives your business the competitive advantage you need to survive in a tough and increasingly uncertain business climate.

How you handle your customers can directly affect your individual goals as well as your team’s and company’s performance.

As a follow-up to an earlier workshop on how to build a first-time sales strategy, Join Manoj Changarampatt, Independent Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Author, as he walks us through ways that we can put achieve customer service excellence.

The training will also provide good customer service tips that will give you the skills you need to communicate professionalism, gain respect, enhance customer relationships and secure an overall competitive advantage through customer service excellence.

About the speaker

Changarampatt brings experience from different organizational profiles both geographically and culturally, with over 27 years of experience in India, the Middle East, and Africa. He has worked with blue-chip companies like Nokia, Samsung, and other brands in leadership positions.

His experiences and valuable knowledge and insights are shared in his published book “Sell and Be Rich- Learn How to Become Abundant and Wealthy by selling”, which is accompanied by a study guide. His book is epithetical to his training curriculum.

Changarampatt is a leader who has reached the highest levels of achievement. He is an engineer turned Super Salesman, converting his fortunes around by reprogramming his skills over time. Confidence and self-development were his best lessons that helped him succeed. His focused efforts resulted in a public profile with frequent speaking assignments and involvement in ecosystem development. He is a public speaker, mentor, investor, entrepreneur, trainer, and coach.

He believes that success and positive strides are made possible by focusing his energy in the present where the action happens. At fifty years of age, he believes that life is just beginning. Currently, Manoj works as in Independent Commercial Consultant he offers Corporate and Individual Training while expanding the consulting business.
