Entrepreneurs: Experience the Power of Mentoring with GIZ & Mowgli

Mowgli Mentoring, in partnership with GIZ, will be facilitating an experiential and interactive Mentoring Awareness Session aimed at creating awareness about mentoring at our Ngong’ Road Office Space on Monday August 2018, from 7.30am to 1.00pm. 

Based on Mowgli’s European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited syllabus, this session will take you through various learnings on what mentorship is all about, it’s importance and role in the development of human capital of entrepreneurs (including refugees), youth, corporate employees and women. 

The session will also shed light on the impact and power of mentoring as a developmental tool that can be used to unlock potential.

The event will also set its focus on key areas such as:

• What mentoring is and how it’s different to coaching, advisory, consulting and training?
• How mentoring can significantly help you to achieve your desired personal and professional growth?
• How you can find a mentor who will walk with you in a shoulder-to-shoulder relationship to listen, inspire, guide and motivate you as you walk along the unclear and often lonely entrepreneurial journey?
• Where your business could be in the next 1, 3 or 5 years and how a mentoring relationship could help you visualize, structure and achieve your entrepreneurial goals?

Come prepared for a practical session that will provide clarity around the differences between mentoring, coaching, training and consulting, and learn how mentoring can empower you to unlock your own personal and professional potential, driving you to achieve the level of success you wish for, as well as how you can empower and impact others through mentoring.
