Grey skies, chilly mornings, and shorter days have settled over Nairobi recently. So, at our Karen branch, we decided it was the perfect time to add a little colour back into the week.

Our latest Member’s Night brought the community together for an evening of painting, conversation, and connection. It was a chance to step away from deadlines, swap laptops for paintbrushes, and spend time with fellow members in a relaxed and creative setting.

The evening wasn’t about creating masterpieces. It was about slowing down, trying something different, and enjoying the company of others. As the canvases gradually filled with colour, so did the room, with plenty of laughter, conversation, and new connections being made.

At Nairobi Garage, we believe community is built just as much through moments like these as it is through meetings and networking events. Creating space to unwind, be creative, and connect with others is an important part of building a workplace where people genuinely enjoy spending time.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped brighten an otherwise grey evening. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Here’s a look back at some of the moments that made the night so special.

Cowork. Connect. Create.
