Webinar // 360 Approach to Business Reviews & Goal Forecasting for 2022

February 8, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

business review webinar
Join us on Tuesday, Feb 8th for a webinar on 360 Approach to business reviews and goal forecasting for 2022 at 11am.

Sales growth, gross margins, inventory turns and cash flow capture the status of an enterprise. But to understand how to improve a business you have to look beneath the financials—and no single cheat sheet of metrics works for all industries.

This is because just like colors, each business case study has its own shade—business is ultimately about people, and no two are alike, let alone entire management teams, client lists and corporate cultures. Yet it turns out, as in fiction, that there are only so many plot lines to go around.

It’s easy to forget that prospering over the long haul demands of your business relentless focuses on the basics of your business. Asking yourself the simplest questions around your business goals, ambitions, visions and mission and finding the ‘why’ .

As we begin the year we know that you are taking time to review your business and set the goals for this quarter, year and even the coming x number of years. Wondering where to start?

Join us for our first virtual event this year where our panel will share tips around creating a 360 approach to your business review and goal forecasting this year.

During the session, we will help you create a definitive road map and grow out all the gapping fiscal holes in your business.

Our panel discussion will be led by Kenneth Gichinga, Chief Economist at Mentoria, Mike Otieno, CEO Wowzi and Lilian Ngirichi of Kioko & Associates and will be moderated by Symone Askah, Community Manager Nairobi Garage Karen.

During the session the panelists will also share basic guidelines that will help you align and set realistic goals even as you work on your business.
