SOCIAL MEDIA GURU
Yum Deliveries is searching for a Social Media Specialist with creative writing skills and a passion for online engagement. He or she should have extensive experience on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. This experience should include use of Twitter and Facebook analytics to form a clearer picture of our target demographic.
Additionally, Google analytics and adwords proficiency is a must. The data gathered from these analytical tools will be used to create targeted ads that are both relevant and visible to our customers.
Responsibilities:
// Observe trends to create posts that generate traction, higher engagements, followers, and likes.
// Write monthly reports that track the growth of social media imprint.
// Create and manage ads on adwords that increase traffic to the Yum site.
// Work with others on the Yum team to increase the effectiveness and persistence of social media content

Qualifications:
// Analytical mindset to use data to write relevant, targeted content.
// BA/BS in marketing or a related field
// One year experience in social media or marketing field

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Yum Deliveries is searching for a skilled and professional sales person to communicate the benefits of using Yum’s online delivery system to restaurants in the Nairobi area. This individual must be persistent in establishing communication with new and existing restaurant partners and negotiating profitable commission based contracts.
Additionally, with Yum’s Marketing and sales team, marketing plans will be crafted tailored to individual restaurant needs. The sales person will be responsible for gathering information on the needs of new clients and presenting them with marketing opportunities that will serve to increase sales volume.
Responsibilities:
// Working with Marketing, Analytics, and call center members to determine which restaurant and cuisines are in higher demand to approach new clients.
//Comfortably and confidently approach restaurants and give them a detailed description of Yum’s services and the way they would benefit their sales volume.
// Collect information and complete thorough notes detailing the events of each meeting and the needs of restaurants.
//Writing proposals and contracts that coordinate Yum’s available service with the needs of specific restaurant clients.
//Following up on leads and tracking the process of sales through a provided CRM.
//Signing contracts and forwarding information and working with others to have client information, including menu and billing information, uploaded in a timely manner.
// Create sales reports to measure increases in sales volume and basic trends.
Qualifications:
// BA/BS in Sales or a related field
