After successfully hosting The Global Management Challenge (GMC) earlier in the year, Greener Pastures Ltd. is about to launch the 2nd Edition of the world’s largest management & strategy competition in Kenya. The event will take place at Nairobi Garage on Tuesday, September 22nd, 5-9 pm.
Greener Pastures is a young human capacity building firm focused on launching different training concepts in Kenya. Asim Shah and Ravi Shah, directors of Greener Pastures, saw the gap between what the business world needed and what the Kenyan talent pool was able to provide, which is why in January 2015 they launched a business competition, The Global Management Challenge (GMC).
The GMC is the world’s largest management & strategy competition, running since 1980 and now present in 35 countries worldwide. Greener Pastures will run the GMC every year in Kenya, with the winning team progressing to an International Final. The venue of next year’s International Finals will be in Macao, in April 2016.

For the 2nd Edition of the GMC their goal is to recruit 250 teams from across Kenya. The target audience is the 18-45 age bracket, split between College (Diploma)/University students, graduates and employees/managers in private/corporate industry.
