FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many people can can sit at one desk?

Our memberships for coworking are per person, per desk. We dont allow people to share desk spaces or memberships, to avoid crowding in the open space, as well as to make it easier for us to manage who is in the space at any time - for security and safety reasons.

Will I have space to store items while I'm away from the office?

Yes, we provide members of our Fixed package with locker space, and members can hire additional locker spaces for Ksh 2,000 per month. If you're in need of a lot of storage, a private office space may suit you better. In some locations, there are storage units for hire within the building, which we can help you with.

How distracting are the open spaces for focused work?

Surprisingly, our coworking spaces are very quiet - we provide call booths and lounge areas for people want to talk to others. We try to keep the coworking desks as work-focused as possible. You are welcome to trial the space for a day and see how it suits you.

Do I need to put a deposit?

We ask coworking members to place a 1 month, fully refundable deposit, as there may be bookings through the month that gets charged in the following month - such as meeting rooms, printing and visitor day passes. We also require a one month notice, and so the deposit is our security for that.

What is the shortest time I can become a member for?

For a full-time coworking desk, most members will sign up on a monthly basis. However, we do offer day passes for those who only want to access the space on the odd day.

Can I get a discount if I need multiple desks?

Yes - over 3 desks, we offer Ksh 5,000 per desk per month for every desk you add. So if you purchase 6 desks, 3 will be at full-price, and the other 3 will be Ksh 5,000 off each.
